At Work, Rest and Play
When you have autism, Dyslexia, or ADHD in the family, it can be hard to keep on top of all of the things you need to do on top of normal life in order to make it all work. Whether it’s homework help, organisational support, or extra meetings with school, you need to make sure that stress relief is a part of the picture. It is really important for the wellbeing of parents, and the family as a whole to be able to balance work and managing the needs of the family with things that give you the chance to recharge your batteries, both with each other and on your own.
